Just want to warn everyone on here that I placed an order a few days ago for a coat that had been reduced. I used the 20% discount code and the order went through ok - I received a confirmation email showing the discount. Debenhams usually send a despatch email but this time they didn't and today the coat turned up BUT I had been charged the price prior to discount. I think this is really cheeky because if they had informed me that the discount had been removed I would have cancelled the order. I have contacted them explaining this and I am waiting for a reply. So the moral is, be careful if you are using discount codes - make sure you don't get charged full price.0

did you still get free delivery with it or have they charged you for that too? I'm not too bothered about the extra % off but I don't want to pay delivery !!0

I'll let you know as soon as it arrives. Should be any day, although I've not had a dispatch notice so I can't be sure.
When I get home I'll check my order number & see what the status is online. I could even cancel the order & re-order with the extra discount that they have online today.No signature here. Move along please.0 -

I managed to get through to placing the order but it said my card was not accepted. As it's a Debenhams card and I have used it already today I don't see what the problem is. Now I can't even get on the site. Very frustrating.0
