I made an attempt at home made Pilau rice last night. It was OK but needed a bit more something to it.
I would like to start a thread to post the best curry recipees on. It's all to easy to open a jar of ASDA rogan josh.....

I know it's not very OS but we like the Pataks curry pastes and can make 4 curries from a jar so it doesn't work out too expensive, and Tesco had them on offer at 99p a jar recently so we stocked up a few0
