1. The prize draw is open to residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 16 years or over, who have opted-in to receive emails from Walkers Snacks Limited (the "Promoter"), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally associated with the promotion.
2. By taking part in this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. All entries must be submitted online at www.walkers.co.uk/newflavours.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. The opening date for receipt of entries is the 14th January 2010 and the closing date for receipt of entries is the 9th February 2010.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be taken for telecommunication or website error.
7. Only one entry per person. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Entries will only be allowed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any attempted interference with the running of this promotion will result in a void entry.
8. The winners will be the first 20 valid entries drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on 10th February 2010. The winners will be notified by telephone by no later than 18th February 2010. The prizes must be claimed by the 4th of March 2010. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner; however, if the prize is not claimed by 4th of March 2010 the winner will forfeit their prize.
9. There are 20 prizes to be won: A box of (the winner's choice of) Sour Cream & Chive or Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Walkers Crisps.
10. The Promoter will have no liability in respect of the prize once delivered to the prize winner.
11. The prizes will be sent to the winner's designated address by courier by no later than the 18th March 2010.
12. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. By accepting a prize, prize winners accept they may be requested to participate in related publicity.
15. The name and county of the winner will be available between 04/03/10 and 04/05/10 upon application with a SAE to: "Walkers 'New Flavours' Prize Draw" c/o The Real Adventure, Alexander House, James Street West, Bath, BA1 2BT, UK.
16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion and not be disclosed without the individual's prior consent.
