As soon as the comp appears the whole screen greys out and I am unable to fill anything in.
Has anyone else had this problem? How do you get round it?

I've got the grey screen and can't click on anything either so it's not just you. (using IE)0

Try compatability view if using I.E 8 or newer (after it greys out). Works for me.
