Coconut Milk and Greek Yog

As anybody any ideas with what I can do with the above I have them as leftovers from a curry and they need using please

Hi staceydaisy,
I would save them for another curry. Coconut milk is lovely in rice pudding and it freezes well if you wanted to save it for next time you make a curry. This thread has more ideas:

I freeze any leftover coconut milk in ice-cube trays then when I'm making a curry I chuck a few cubes in. It's also very handy if you've made a curry and it's a bit hot, add a few cubes of the coconut milk to make it milder.Dum Spiro Spero0
