Win 5 Free ITunes Downloads
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com apply to ‘Win 5 free iTunes downloads’ competition ("the Competition") which will run from 30 June 2009 to midnight on 10 July 2009 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the terms and conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
1) Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.classicfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open on Tuesday 30 June and close at midnight on Friday 10 July.
1.2 All those who enter before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw.
1.3 The winner will be drawn at random within 7 days of the competition closing date of midnight on 10 July 2009.
1.4 The draw will be conducted by a member of Global Radio staff at a date no later than 7 days after the competition close date.
1.5 There is no other prize element. Prizes are non transferable, no cash alternative will be offered. The prize details are subject to change due to matters outside of the Promoters control.
2) Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.
3) Prize
3.1 Win one iTunes download code. 2000 winners will be chosen at random and content codes will be generated in denominations of 5 downloads.
3.2. This content code expires 31/08/09 and is redeemable only on the iTunes Store for the UK.
3.3 Only one set of codes per user.
3.4 To redeem the code you must have an iTunes account, subject to prior acceptance of licence and usage terms.
3.5 To open an account you must be above the age of 13 and located in the UK. iTunes 6.0 (7.0 or later for video), compatible hardware and software, and Internet access (fees may apply) are required. You will need to provide credit or debit card details to activate your account.
