Hiya, i think you've just about covered everything.
Our school also has a stall that sells off any of the lost property (uniforms etc)

At times the school my mum works at has had:
Bat a rat
coconut shy
cake stall (very popular!)
a game where you pay 20p a ticket and depending on the picture on it you can win money back. E.g. different christmas images are different money amounts e.g. snowman 2p santa £1 depending on what they pull out depends on what they win. A sprout could mean you lose!

We have a craft club at scholl after hours for the kids to make stuff....then we sell them at the fair, last year we had balloon models, Cacti the kids had grown. 2 teddys with a big sheet with names on people had guess the names for £1 the names are sealed in an envelope at the end the envelop is opened and the winner wins the teddies. And best of all is penny wars...does your school have house teams? if so il tell you how to play the game.0

We have a rainbow stall. Each class is given a colour theme and children can bring in anything of that colour. Looks lovely when it's all set out too.

How about a lucky dip ..... a prize every time.A creative mess is better than tidy idleness0

bran tub...or buy a pack of jelli bath and use a big tub put plastic stuff in it like mini springs ect....charge 50p or £1 depends on how much the prizes cost....kids love putting their hand in the goo to get a suprise....just keep a towel near by to wipe them on!0

Someone on another thread once mentioned a chocolate tombola.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
What about little bits to sell like:
Bags of reindeer food (oats mixed with glitter to sprinkle on the lawn on Xmas Eve)
Flannel reindeer - http://www.kckpl.lib.ks.us/ys/CRAFTS/Ratrein.htm
Bags of popcorn (just need a couple of bags of corn kernels to pop, maybe add a bit of butter and divide into small bags)
Cake stall, get parents to donate homebaked goodies to sell
Good luck with the planning! If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
How about trying to get some Mums who sell stuff to have stalls? Help for some perhaps to purchase Xmas Pressies and you can have an agreement about a small % of their takings? Like Body Shop at Home, Usbourne Books, candles etc???
Makes the fair more diverse, most Mums who sell would jump at the chance and are almost guaranteed to turn up (as they make money too) so ensuring the spaces are filled up.0 -
Last year in my childrens school they sold sweets in cellophane cones, tied with a red string and they sold out really quick (looked more appealing then putting them in the usual paper bags).0
