I have a chocolate fountain and when I use it, I just buy normal cadbury's as you have to add oil to make it liquid enough to flow through the fountain. I'm not sure buying more expensive chocolate would make it taste nicer tbh!

I've bought exactly the same thing for SS1 and I've made up a basket of tescos own brand chocolate bars (55p for 200g), Marshmallows, nut's, skewers etc"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye."...Miss piggy0

I have bought a chocolate fountain for my neice and I have looked over different websites for chocolate and found the following -

They sell belgian chocolate for chocolate fountains along with skewers etc. 900gm chocolate is £6.95 and I have ordered milk and white chocolate from them - they also have flavoured chocolate like strawberry, orange and honey flavoured.
As it is a christmas present I thought I would get her the nice chocolate to start off and then she can get chocolate from wherever she likes.0 -

I don't know if it is just me but I don't get chocolate fountains at all. My friend bought one for her daughter and you have to melt the chocolate before you put it in the thing, and then it is such a faff to clean it! At DD's birthday party I melted a bowl of chocolate and then put all kinds of little donuts, marshmallows and stuff on sticks and everyone dipped them in - the kids loved it and I only had the bowl (and the kids) to clean afterwards.Jane

I bought standard 400 gram bars (4 of them) but we only used 2 in the end! A little goes quite a long way.“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”
