Chocolate and Chocolate fountains? Q

Hello

I bought some chocolate from Thorntons, its specialy for choc fountains or cooking. I melted it and we used it in the fountain but when the party came to an end there was loads of choc left which I put in a bowl in the fridge,

Question : can I use the chocoalte again? Im making flapjacks and thought I could use it to dip the flaps in?

Or should I just throw it away?

well i've re-used chocolate from my fountain before and i had no problems with it, its down to preference some people don't like to re-use it but to me it saves buying more chocolate.
Just be careful it doesn't burn when re-heated.
  • Thank you, I have just made the nutty flapjacks, and once they have cooled down I shall melt a bit of choc and dip them in.
