My son's school (don't you just love it when they do this) are holding Book Week next week ... and my son has to dress up as someone from China.

What a beautiful outfit. I managed to get a coolie hat for £1 today and someone is very kindly giving me a ball of wool.
I have a silk panda bear design tie (not sure why!!) which I can unpick to make cuffs, etc., ... I just need to find a black shirt and trousers.That's Numberwang!0 -
Wow! The latest is that my husband managed to find a pair of childs blue silk chinese pyjamas, in teh right size, for ....£1.37!!! What a bargain. And it was all for charity, which has got to be good. And it means i don't have to cut up the panda tie either!
So, coupled with the coolie hat, I think we're sorted ... for £2.37.
