Terms and Conditions

Entry to the Competition implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian. Entrants must not be employed by Wrigley, its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Competition, including Wrigley's agencies Ideas Eurobrand and The Marketing Factory.
How to enter: - Please fill in the form, with all mandatory questions answered. Three random entrants will be chosen at the end of each month by a panel of judges. The competition will run for a total of six months with a total of 18 winners.
- Participants in this Competition accept that Wrigley may name the winner of the prize in public. Only the first names and town of residence of winners will be published. - The closing date for entries will be April 2009.
No purchase is necessary. The entrants will only be included in the draw for the month in which they registered. The entrants are only allowed to enter the competition once. The first names and town of residence of the four winners of each month will be published on the last day of that month on www.BetterOralHealth.info and notified by email on the first day of the following month to which they submitted their entry. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw taking place.
Wrigley cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have not been received due to interrupted connections or miscommunications (or other electronic malfunctions) or not received due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries found to be in duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the competition.
Three entrants will be selected each month, who will receive a year?s supply of Wrigley?s sugarfree gum. This is equivalent to twelve packs per month. The entrants will receive two installments of their prize at six month intervals. The brand of Wrigley sugarfree chewing will depend on which country the entrant is in. The entrants will not be allowed to sell their prize or claim the cash equivalent.
Entrants agree that Wrigley and its subsidiaries, or its subsidiaries? advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Competition. This excludes however such liability for which Wrigley is liable under any applicable laws of the country in which the entrant resides.
Wrigley reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice. Wrigley reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as it sees fit. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. Any entrants with a valid entry for a specific month will be entitled to participate in the draw before any such termination or suspension.
The judge is Wrigley, the draw being administered by an independent third party and its decision will be final and legally binding. Final prizes are at Wrigley?s sole discretion. Wrigley?s will not enter into correspondence on any matter regarding the competition.
This offer is open to residents in all countries Wrigley products are present and available. The applicable laws of the relevant country in which the entrant resides shall apply.
