This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland except for employees and agencies of Disney, Cheapflights or any other person connected to this promotion. The promoter (Cheapflights Ltd) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

The promoter’s decision is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
This is a free prize draw. No purchase necessary.

No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted.

Prize winners will be picked at random by an independent person on 29/06/2009.

There will be 1 main prize of a holiday to Les Baux de Provence. This consists of a 2 night stay at La Benvengudo Hotel, return travel for two adults and two children to Marseille, France, fully inclusive car hire for the duration of the stay, breakfast in the hotel each morning, one day Bicycle Hire for two adults and two children, Provence Picnic Hamper full of fresh local produce to enjoy on one day and travel insurance.

Children must be aged 11 years or younger at the time of travel.

Any extra activities and costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

The prize may still be claimed if 2 adults wish to travel without children.

The prize is subject to availability.

No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of the promoter’s control they reserve the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value.

The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
Cheapflights Ltd shall be entitled to terminate or modify the promotion or to modify these rules at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modification or termination on any Cheapflights Ltd website. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Cheapflights Ltd shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize winners will be awarded on a fair and random basis and the prize has been made available for distribution.
The winners' names will be made available upon request and all past winners are displayed on our 'Cheapflights free prize draw winner's page'.

If the main winner would like to include extra adults or children when they claim their prize, they will be responsible for payment of the extra costs.

There will be x10 runner up winners, and they will each win x1 Bolt combi pack containing x1 DVD and x1 Blu-ray disc.

By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions.

Winners will be notified in writing / by phone / by email within 28 days of the closing date.

None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternatives will be offered. If the prizes stated are unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied.
