1. The competition is open to all UK and Irish residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the promoter, its agents or anyone connected with the administration of the promotion
2. The main prize will include standard class travel to and from the winner's home, and accommodation for two people, for one night in the Berkeley Hotel, a bottle of champagne on arrival, a bottle of Chambord, dinner at a London Browns Bar and Brasserie and a pair of tickets for London Fashion Week. There are 5 runners-up prizes, each of a pair of tickets for London Fashion Week..

4. You are automatically entered when you complete and transmit the on-screen entry form at www.chambordonline.com/browns. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which is not delivered, or is delayed, for technical reasons.
5. Competition closes at midnight on Sunday 21st September, entries received after this date will not be counted.
6. Subject to clause 9, the main prize will be awarded to the first correct entry chosen at random after the closing date, and the runners-up prizes to the next 5. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.

Have contacted them but they're an American company - hopefully they'll get back to me. In the meantime I just bunged in an American Zip code 35950 instead of the postcode and it went through OK - they'll have your email address to contact you. Quick fix in the meantime? HTH xxx
