The Island Records competition terms and conditions. 1. The draw is open to GB, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents other than employees of BT, their families or its agencies. Entrants must obtain bill payer’s permission before going online. Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries if the appropriate authorisation is or was not provided. Only one entry per person. 2. There are three first prizes of a pair of tickets to see a choice of either Paul Weller, Keane or Cat Stevens tickets. There are 10 runners-up prizes of a CD of choice from the Island 50 website at https://www.island50.com and an Island 50 T-shirt. 3. The prize is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. 5. Entries must be made by emailing btcompetitions@zonecontent.com or by completing the web form on the website: btvision.bt.com/competitions on or before 20th May 2009. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw. 6. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person on 21st May 2009. The winner will be notified on 21st May 2009. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the prize-winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion). 7. A list of prize winners (name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to BT Vision Competitions, BT Vision, Zone, 168a Camden Street, London NW1 9PT, on or before 17th June 2009. 8. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. 9.
