The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Meristant Group and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
No purchase necessary.
Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible to win.
Entry to this competition is free. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form, only one entry per person. Copies will not be accepted. No bulk entries.
Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
Entries must be received before midnight on the 10th May 2009. Bauer reserve the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw. Any entries received outside of the competition period will be deemed invalid.
1st prize consists of a mini pamper day for one person and includes one and a half hours of treatment, use of the facilities and a light lunch.
1. The voucher is redeemable at over 190 centres throughout the UK and NI.
2. The minimum age for this prize is 18.
3. The prize is available until 31st December 2009.
4. Transfers to and from the chosen venue is not included.
2nd prize consists of £100 worth of Marks and Spencer vouchers (voucher Terms and Conditions apply).
The prizes are as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter will not be liable if the prize does not reach the prize winner for reasons beyond the control of the promoter.
The winner agrees to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
