Terms and Conditions

Competition closes at midday on Friday 8 May 2009, with winners notified by Friday 15 May 2009. The prize is for
two people and includes return economy class flights with Qantas from London Heathrow to Cairns via Singapore
(flight from Singapore to Cairns is operated by Jetstar), seven nights room only accommodation at the Cairns
Colonial Club, a Quicksilver Outer Great Barrier Reef Cruise for two and return airport transfers. Any meals,
activities and personal expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. Prize must be redeemed before 30th
June 2009 and is valid for travel until 31st May 2010, if not utilised in this time the prize will be forfeited and no
extensions will be granted. Travel is not permitted from 10th December 2009-10th January 2010 and is restricted
during school and public holidays.
Prize is subject to availability, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other prize. All prize partners
included in the competition take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused due to the
unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the prize. All entrants must be over the
age of 18 and hold a valid in-date passport. The prize winner is responsible for arranging their own Australian ETA
holiday visa and fully comprehensive travel insurance to cover everyone in their party for the entire duration of the
holiday.
Employees of the promoter MDS Ltd (on behalf of Tourism Queensland), its agents, prize partners or anyone
professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
Should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries
and an alternative winner will be selected and notified. This same competition is being run across Geographical,
GoActive and Dive, as well as on the World Travel Guides website, by which all competition data will be combined
at the end of the promotion, with a winner selected from all combined data files by an independent judge.
By entering this competition you agree to allowing future communications from TravelPromos and the partners
associated with this competition. You may however unsubscribe at any time from an individual partner. The

damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner/s in entering the draw or
