2. Any personal data supplied in connection with this promotion (name, valid email and UK postal address) will only be used for the purposes of this promotion.
3. This promotion is open to all residents in the United Kingdom. Applicants under the age of 18 should obtain parental or other adult consent to the submission of their personal details on registration and to their participation in the promotion.
4. The promotion runs from 5/01/10 to 19/01/10 inclusive.
5. To apply for the Free BP Ultimate rucksack just go to https://www.bpultimate.co.uk, follow the links relating to the BP Ultimate rucksack promotion and fill in the online application form. The Free BP Ultimate rucksack will only be awarded to persons whose details are entered on the online application form. Applications are limited to one application per person per day.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. There are a total of 50 rucksacks available in this promotion, which will be allocated to every thirtieth person making a valid application. Applications will be confirmed by e mail and fulfilled on a rolling basis as soon as is practicable following receipt of successful applications, subject to the volume of requests.
8. Successful applicants only will receive a confirmation that they will receive a BP Ultimate rucksack. Non-successful applicants will not receive an e-mail.
9. There are no cash or item alternatives available. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items of equal or greater value.
10. The BP Ultimate rucksacks will be sent by first class post to the successful applicants within 3 weeks from the close of the promotion.
11. Applicants should ensure that their correct details are provided on the online application form. If an item is returned because of incorrect address information then it will not be resent and the relevant application will be deemed void.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any application that is lost or otherwise fails to be entered into the promotion.
13. This promotion is not open to any employee (or the family of any employee) of BP plc or any subsidiary, third party company or agency directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
15. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.
16. The Promoter’s decision is binding and final on all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
