1.Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Heineken Group, any person professionally connected with this promotion and their immediate families and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2.No purchase necessary to enter. Prizes are 10 I-recorders and 100 i-Logic Sound hats.
3.Email entry via Bowtime website at www.bowtime.com. This will take you to the Bowtime landing page where date of birth is required to prove you are over 18 to enter the competition. Complete the entry form which is under the Bowtime VIP section of the site. This is a membership section of the site and requires you to sign up as a member to gain full access to all the features and competitions. On entering, a message will appear online saying 'Thanks for entering'.
4.Only one entry per person, per day.
5.Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. The promoter is not responsible for internet transmission difficulties or failure, non-availability, loss, late receipt or damage of any entry through failure of the internet connection or transmission failure.
6.Entry indicates acceptance of terms and conditions.
7.Promotion starts 6pm on 20.08.09. Closing date for internet entries is 6pm 04.10.09.
8.The draw will take place on 08.10.09 and will be made by an independent judge. The winners of the i-recorders will be the first 10 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries. The winners of the i-logic sound hats will be the next 100 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries. Prizes will be allocated at random. Winners will be contacted by phone within 14 days of the draw.
9.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner’s details will be available after 30.09.09 by sending an SAE to ‘Bowtime Competition’ Scottish & Newcastle UK Ltd, 2-4 Broadway Park, EDINBURGH EH12 9JZ.
10.There is no cash or other alternative to this offer in whole or in part. Prize is not transferable.
11.The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
