Can I use more than one voucher per transaction?
Yes! The official word from customer services is "I can confirm that you are able to use more than one voucher at a time per transaction. Our tills are programmed to ensure you receive the best offer available. There is a limit to how many vouchers you can use, but this depends upon the offers you have received and the voucher."

You can get as many as you want. One per transaction.

No. A double points voucher only doubles normal points, not offer points.

I just bought a pack of Boots own brand nicotine replacement lozenges and I almost threw up with how bad it tasted and the texture of it was so slimy yeuchhhhh:mad: Does anyone know if Boots would refund me because it's their own brand? they cost me a tenner. MTIA.
PS I've bought loads of other different brands(well known and supermarket own) and never had any probs with them.

Hi, thanks for the new thread, picked up some bargains in my local today but cannot get to an acm just yet , so im trying to reign myself in. Naked body butter £1.50 and on bogof, massive tub, Olay foaming moisturiser reduced to £13.xx so £8.xx after skinny , this is normally £2x.xx so was well chuffed.

New look sale is on at mo and has some gorgeous looking soap dispensers with liquid soap in them for £2. They are really pretty and may suit someones bathroom colour scheme. Black pattern with pink soap or aqua soap, was tempted but my bathrooms white lol. HTH

Afternoon All
Just wanted to share something brilliant with you that happened to me on Tues!
I was in Boots on Tues eve and had one Expert voucher left so though I would try my luck again with the glitch.
Anyway I picked up a 400ml shampoo and a thickening shampoo and the hair loss stuff.
Went the till and gave the lady my voucher…but shock horror the balance didn’t go down to 26p as I thought or had hoped!!!.
So I asked her to scan it again at which point she said yes you already got the 100pts….I went red and then realised I hadn’t given her the right voucher….I gave her the one for 100pts on any Expert Hair stuff…anyway I then gave her the free hair loss voucher and the total went down to 26p!!
The SA was so impressed and so was I !!
So 3 items for 26p and 100pts back…in Boots logic they paid me 64p to take the items away!!:A Carpe Diem:A

Take them back to Boots and tell them what happened, I am sure they will refund you as it is their own brand product and would welcome the customer feedback. Might have been a bad batch
If no joy at store, email Boots Customer Service and tell them. They are pretty good about things like this and they would probably refund points to your card or agree that you can get refund in store.0 -
