What to do with Stem Ginger Oat Biscuits...

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've a small packet of Nairn's stem ginger oat biscuits, but their a bit strong for my taste and I'm lothed to through them out. What do you suggested i could do with them instead?

    Yes they are a bit much arent they ? What about whizzing them in food processor/liquidiser/crushing in a poly bag and mixing them in wiht a crumble topping - I quite often put oats in mine anyway and it makes the top nice and crunchy. Rhubarb would be nice with the ginger.....

    Crush and use as a base for a cheesecake mix with butter, then just mix cream cheese, double cream, lemon juice and grated lemon rind for the topping. my fave pudding!!
  • Ah ha - the crumble idea is fantastic - my bf loves rhubarb/apple crumble I’ll add them to that.
