Win a luxury M&S food hamper prize draw December 2008
1. This Free Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK over 18 years of age, excluding employees of Acdoco Ltd, Dr Beckmann associated companies and their agents, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Entries must be submitted on the official online entry form on our website and are submitted at entrant(s) own risk and are subject to our privacy policy. No other means of entry allowed. No purchase is necessary. Last date for receipt of entries is 15/12/2008. Only one entry is allowed per household.
3. All entries received by 15/12/2008 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw, and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win a luxury Marks and Spencer food hamper (worth £100) and the Dr Beckmann range of floor cleaning products. The second entry randomly selected will receive a runner up prize of a hamper of Dr Beckmann cleaning products.
4. No cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize per household. Please allow 7 days for delivery.
5. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email by 16/12/2008 to the email address given on the entry form. Should the e- mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one day, the prize will be lost. The runner up prize will be sent to the address supplied on the entry form. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promoter of any change in address.
6. A list of winners will be available by email after 23/12/2008. Please use the contact link on https://www.dr-beckmann.co.uk and request a winners list after this date.
7. Acdoco reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances outside their control or due to circumstances beyond their control.
8. By entering the prize draw, competitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the privacy policy.
