1. The prize consists of a one week cookery course with Flavours Italian Cookery Holidays to be chosen by the winner form the course on offer from September 2007 to September 2008 and subject to availability.
2. Accommodation will consist of one twin or double room, subject to availability. Travel will consist of second class travel on bus or train to the winner's nearest airport and standard class flights to Italy plus transfers in Italy. Meals (not including wine) all included in the prize.
