I have just received mine and it really is worth applying for.
31 recipes in the book, many of which I will try out.
Like the look of ...
*coconut pannacotta with strawberries in star anise syrup
*chilli choc chip brownies with vanilla mascarpone
*balsamic red onion and goat's cheese tart
