1. Offer open to all residents of mainland UK aged 18 and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To enter, the participant must: a) go to The Baileys Lounge website: https://www.thebaileyslounge.co.uk; b) click on the ‘Movie tickets to win!’ link to reach a log-in page; c) enter their Baileys Lounge username and password. (If they have not registered, they will need to click on the ‘not registered?’ link on the log-in page); d) arrive at the ‘See the stars on us’ page and click on the ‘Enter now!’ link; e) view their registration details, which will automatically appear along with the terms and conditions of the prize draw; f) click on the ‘I agree’ button. No purchase necessary.
3. There are 250 pairs of Odeon cinema passes (vouchers) to be won. Each pass (voucher) entitles the bearer to one film viewing of their choice.

4. Vouchers will be valid at all Odeon and UCI cinemas (excluding the following “Central London” cinemas: Camden, Covent Garden, Kensington, Leicester Square, Marble Arch, Panton Street, Swiss Cottage, Tottenham Court Road, Wardour Street and West End).

5. The first 250 entrants will receive a pair of Odeon cinema passes (vouchers). Entry to the draw opens online at midday, 18th February 2009 at https://www.thebaileyslounge.co.uk. The promotion will close at 11.59pm on 5th March 2009.

6. Winners will be sent the tickets by second class post within 28 days of the closing date.
7. The promotion is limited to one entry per person.

8. For the names of the winners send a SAE to Baileys Lounge Odeon Cinemas Double Pass Free Prize Draw, c/o Chemistry Communications, Melbray Mews, 158 Hurlingham Road, London, SW6 3NG after 12th March 2009, before 9th April 2009. No other correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances dictate.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
13. If for any reason the internet portion of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
14. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

15. A participants personal data will only be held for the purpose of this promotion and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without their prior consent.

16. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winners or any individual chosen to participate with the winners in the prize as a result of their participation in the promotion.
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
