That's odd because I used it earlier today and got the 15% off. I got a nail polish and eye pencil - both were full price!

Just to confirm that none of the SHOP codes worked for me, I tried loads of different numbers on the end!

Codes like HELLO121 or HELLO123 are sent to some - not sure why. You can give it a go.
(posts on previous page use the word SHOP in them so they must all be 4 letters and 121 or 123)
Also some people get a birthday code - so there must be some link on the mailing list?
Old code expired but may be worth checking out Facebook;
Become a fan of ASOS on Facebook and you will be able to get a personal 15% off code that can be used twice.
When it says 'the code has already been used' it doesn't mean you've used it on your account before. It's confusing. I queried this before with ASOS and they told me that this error message comes up because certain codes are linked to certain customer's accounts.
So if this message comes up, it means that it hasn't been linked to your account.0 -

You just join ASOS group. Do a search for ASOS and then they send you messages within facebook. Hope that helps, not very good at explaining

I've shopped for at least 4 years with them....Goodness knows why they would choose to send some people birthday codes and not others!
I only wish I could make use of codes such as Menswear ones (I'm single!) and such-and-such discount off £100 spends, I can't spend that much in one go.
When you look at Oasis, for example, they currently offer 25% off AND free postage, and have been offering 20% discount for many weeks previously, you wonder why on earth ASOS aren't any nicer and less silly about the way in which they choose to distribute their codes!0 -
PS I am on their mailing list, so receive the mag + 2-3 emails a week, all with lovely lavish ads for their clothes, but never any codes!

How long did it take for them to send u a message with the 15% off?You just join ASOS group. Do a search for ASOS and then they send you messages within facebook. Hope that helps, not very good at explaining
