To do a clicky:

Highlight some text in your post, eg 'click here' , then click on the world/binoculars icon, then delete what is in the window that appears (http...), then paste in the url you have, then click ok, then finish your post, then click on your own clicky to double check it loads.

OR (another comper's version):

[FONT=&quot]1) Type in the word Clicky
2) Drag your mouse whilst holding down the left mouse button over the word clicky.
3) Select the button thats has a world and chain symbol on it and that opens a window with http:// in it.
4) Paste the url in the and select ok.[/FONT]

The prize is a Spa Day for 2 adults to a Spa Resort Nationwide.

Please note: This pampering offer is for two people to experience the four treatments, separately, whilst in the salon at the same time. Each voucher is valid for two people.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Entries will only be accepted using the proper entry form submitted on-line to Nelsons (Broadheath House, 83 Parkside, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5LP) at: www.arnicare.co.uk. Only one entry per person is permitted.
2. Competition entrants need to be full time residents of the United Kingdom.
3. We are unable to accept third party entries to the competition.
4. Illegible or altered entry forms will not be accepted, nor will entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Nelsons is not responsible for lost / stolen / intercepted or mislaid entry forms. Proof of sending / transmission shall not be proof of receipt.
5. Nelsons may cancel the draw if in the sole discretion of Nelsons insufficient entries have been received and processed by the draw date.
6. The winner will be drawn at random on 1st December 2008 from the entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize draw closes at midnight on 30th November 2008. The winner will be notified by email, post or telephone by 7th December 2008, and announced on www.arnicare.co.uk.
8. All prizes must be claimed by no later than 30th January 2009. Unclaimed prizes will lapse after this time and become void.
9. The winner must book direct with the Spa. After receiving your pack, simply telephone the number detailed in your information pack and they will do the rest
10. Please note that all prize descriptions (above) are illustrative and not definitive.
11. Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter this prize draw.
12. It is advised that you book a date at least four weeks in advance. However, last minute places are sometimes available. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability at peak times. Salon opening times vary but generally are open from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 to 18.00 with many London sites being open until 20.00 (or later) and open on Sundays
13. Please note that the treatment time is one hour and 30-minutes
14. Please note all bookings are subject to availability and a surcharge may be incurred for weekend appointments at selected locations
15. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
16. The prize is not transferable. If, for whatever reason we are unable to offer the stated prize, Nelsons reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
17. The prize is for two adults.
18. The winner and their chosen partner, must attend on the same date.
19. Travel is not included.
20. By completing and submitting the entry form, entrants and their travelling party will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. The draw is run by Nelsons. Employees of Nelsons, their immediate families, or Nelsons affiliated companies, or their agents, including employees of Mark Warner Ltd and their immediate families, are not allowed to take part.
22. Nelsons will not be responsible for any fees or other charges payable by the winner. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements advertised (or listed in these draw rules) are at the expense of the winner and/or their party.
23. The Winner agrees to take part in publicity associated with the prize draw.
24. Acceptance of the prize is conditional upon the acknowledgement and agreement by the winner that : Nelsons accept no liability for any loss or expense whatsoever and howsoever arising, in relation to the prize, SAVE FOR any liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of Nelsons.
