subject........ I'm a little confused as when it opened with Outlook the subject is GBL HamperCompetition but this is contrary to the above requirements.
After The Plush Doormat 's kind advice I've gone with subject as GBL HamperCompetition Five X
I've edited the email link to make it not spamable or clicky as I think the site may object to it being in the open.I'd appreciate it not being made clickable.Thanks a lot.

weeowen - Just a thought, I think you need to put GBL Hamper Competition 5 (5 being the answer) in the subject header. That way F&M can weed out the wrong answers without opening the emails.
