Wedding Ideas has teamed up with Appesat to run a competition for brides-to-be who want to get on top of their diet for that special time in their lives. Whether you want to look hot in your honeymoon pictures, slip into the dress of your dreams or simply improve your confidence when walking down the aisle, we want to hear how you´ll be achieving your weight loss goals.
We are looking for brides with inspiring stories who are taking a healthy, sensible and determined approach to achieving their goals. To enter for your chance to win, simply tell us in no more than 150 words what you have been doing to get in great shape for your wedding or honeymoon and why.
The ten lucky finalists will be given three months worth of Appesat to help get themselves in shape for their big day.
The winner, as voted for by the public will be sent on a luxury Caribbean honeymoon or second honeymoon of a lifetime worth £3,000 and their wedding day photos will be featured in a future issue of Wedding Ideas magazine*.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the competition notice, the competition notice will prevail.
Goldshield PLC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
Prize winners will be notified by post by 31 January 2010. Prize is not to be used in conjunction with any other special offer/promotion. All entrants must be 18+ and resident of the UK. Employees, families or agents of Goldshield PLC or its associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.
Competition entries must be made in accordance with the rules before 11.59pm on 31 December 2009. Entries made after this date will be invalid. Judges decision is final.
If a competition winner fails to respond to correspondence and fails for whatever reason to claim their prize within 28 days of receipt, Goldshield PLC and its associated companies are entitled to select an alternative prize winner.
Goldshield PLC may substitute any prize for a prize of similar nature or value. There is no cash alternative to prize and no prize is refundable or transferable.
Goldshield PLC accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries and all such entries will be recorded as invalid. Proof of despatch will not be proof of entry. Only entries received in accordance with the rules will be accepted.
Goldshield PLC will not be liable if a prize does not reach a winner for any reason outside the control of Goldshield PLC or if a prize is damaged on delivery. Any issues as a result of
