No purchase necessary. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 16 years or over except employees of Kimberly-Clark, their families, agents and agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion who are all precluded from entry.
To Enter: visit www.andrexbestseats.co.uk and complete the simple entry form online.
Only one entry per person, per household, per day. Bulk entries or entries via third parties will not be accepted and all attempts to interfere with the smooth running of the promotion will result in immediate disqualification.
Promotion starts at noon on 14th August 2008 and all entries must be received by midnight on 30 September 2008.
The Prizes: 10 x prizes of the best available seats to the event of the winners choice. It could be music, sport or culture - the winners will get to choose. Total value of the prize, to include travel, accommodation and food, is to a maximum of £1,000.
The winners will be drawn under independent supervision and notified by email within 21 days of the closing date. The promoters decision is final - no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners may choose a more expensive event or package of extras, but must pay any amount due above the prize amount as directed at the time of booking.
All prizes must be taken before 31st October 2009. The Promoter reserves the right to approve of the winners proposed event and arrangements at its sole discretion.
All bookings are subject to normal restrictions and availability and once booked cannot be changed.
The winners will be notified within 21 days of the draw and must respond within 28 days otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).
The promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries which are lost, corrupted, or delayed in transmission. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry.
The promoter cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, losses or other claims that may result from attendance at the selected event that is outside of its direct control.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
Winners may be required to submit proof of identity to validate their prize and to participate in reasonable publicity.
These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
