This competition is open to all entrants aged 18 and over and not employed by Maison de la France or Sea France, or members of immediate family, agents, or persons directly involved in the creation or administration of this prize draw. This offer is only applicable in the United Kingdom and the winner must be resident in the UK.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must be received prior to 07/12/07 midday. Maison de la France and Sea France cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit.
3. The prizes will be awarded to the first name drawn at random on 07/12/07 from all complete entries received giving the right answer. The winners will be notified on the same day by email. The judges decision will be final. Maison de la France and Sea France will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws. The judges’ decision shall be final and legally binding.
4. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, using the details provided in the entry form. If acknowledgement is not received before 11/12/07, the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
5. All entrants must be available for travel on the specified dates. Travel times are specified and non exchangeable.
6. Entry to each competition is restricted to one entry per household. Addresses will be checked.
7. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Maison de la France and Sea France takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prize received in this promotion.
8. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. The prize is subject to availability and is to be taken as stated.
