Really!?

They have pulled their 3.99% fixed and replaced it with a 3.95% fixed (different terms)

On this evidence it hardly signals that rates have bottomed out........

Just called A&L to confirm. It was pulled at 12:00 today and is no longer available to new applications.

Tried to convince me a comparable product was the 3.95% fixed for 5 years with a £995 fee :mad:.

I got the rate agreed at 11:55 - with 5 minutes to spare!
