Its a good buy for someone looking for a cheap phone. The stock seems to be plenty for now, available online and at local stores.

Does is come with SIM card? Any credit?

Should come with an orange sim card but doubtful if you'll get any credit.
If no use, orange store will give you £10 for it as future trade in, so long as it has a charger and it lights up!

Yes its possible to unlock it. But there is no free solution yet, the small phone shops will charge you £5-£10 to unlock it.
