* To win a bottle of Vladivar your questionnaire must be completed and submitted by 31st October. Winners will be contacted via email in November to obtain postal addresses for delivery. Bottle prize for UK entries only. Residents outside the UK will be mailed branded gift.

Website has 5th Jan as closing date?

  weird email address bit - it didn't look as if it had typed anything till I highlighted it.
