DON'T GIVE UP!!!! :T
Studio Cards passed my debt to Moorcroft for collection as they reckoned I owed them money. I challenged them about all of the charges they had made to my account, and using the templates followed the procedures, I have just received a letter stating that they were giving me back all of my charges which clear the outstanding amount leaving a surplus of £23 which they will pay via a cheque!!

SO KEEP GOING!!

As posted in this thread, I have a similar problem with Studio and their charges: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1070995
By 'template' do you mean something similar to the letter in that thread? Glad to hear you got yours dropped."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
