  Competiton Terms & Conditions
  
  The following Terms and Conditions apply to the "Win Sports Heritage Beachwear" prize draw (the "Prize Draw"):

  1. In order to enter the Prize Draw contestants are required to complete the entry form online at https://www.speedo80.com.
  2. The Prize Draw opens on 18th August 2008 and the closing date is midnight (GMT) on 3rd October 2008. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and illegible or altered entries or those not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be invalid.
  3. The Prize Draw is open to persons aged sixteen (16) or over. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of Speedo International Limited, Pentland Group Plc, any associated companies, and their families.
  4. NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
  5. There will be one (1) prize of £250 of Speedo Sports Heritage Beachwear.
  6. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by 3rd October 2008. The winner will be notified of their success by [telephone, email or post] within thirty (30) days of the close of the Prize Draw.
  7. Speedo's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner agrees to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at Speedo's reasonable request.
  8. The prize may be altered or varied at Speedo's sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in Speedo's opinion, is a suitable alternative. No cash alternative is available.
  9. The winner's names will be made available after the closing date to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked �Win Sports Heritage Beachwear Winners' to the address set out above.
  10. Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo International Limited or any other third parties connected with Speedo International Limited then your personal data may be used by them for such purposes, including direct marketing.
  11. Speedo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Prize Draw at its sole discretion.
  12. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Speedo International Limited, whose registered office is at 8 Manchester Square, London W1U 3PH and whose principal place of business is at Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ.
  13. By entering this Prize Draw contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Prize Draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
