  1. Entries open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding officers and employees and their families of Foster's Group EMEA, Thresher Group, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase complete the form online at www.threshers.co.uk or text 'RUGBY' to 60030 (texts will be charged at 25p).
  3. Closing date for receipt of entries is 11.59pm 31st December 2007.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. Entries must include name, email & home address and contact telephone number.
  6. 2 winners will be drawn at random for tickets to the RBS 6 Nations. The winners will be drawn from entrants who enter online or by text.
  7. The winners will be notified by Thresher Group in writing by 31st January 2008. The winners’ names will be published on www.threshergroup.com.
  8. No cash alternative is available in whole or in part. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  9. In the event the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner(s) within five weeks of the closing date (31st December 2007), the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner(s). The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
  10. In the event the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
  11. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
  12. By entering into the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these conditions. The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any promotion.
  13. The Promoters decision will be final and cannot be contested.
