1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees and agents of the Promoter, their families and anyone connected with this prize draw are not eligible to participate. Entry to each competition is restricted to one entry per household.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must be received prior to 06/01/08 midnight. Entries received after this time will not be considered. Maison de la France and Nielsen cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit. No responsibility accepted for entries incomplete due to system failure.
3. The prizes will be awarded to the first name drawn at random on 07/01/08 from all complete entries received giving the right answer. The winners will be notified on the same day by email. The judges’ decision shall be final and legally binding. Maison de la France and Nielsen will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draws.
4. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, using the details provided in the entry form. If acknowledgement is not received within 1 month of the draw date, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw for that prize.
5. All entrants must be available for travel on the specified dates. Travel times are specified and non exchangeable.
6. This prize holiday is subject to availability and cannot be taken during school half-term holiday, Christmas, New Year or Easter periods.
7. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. The prize is subject to availability and is to be taken as stated.
8. Maison de la France and Nielsen reserve the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition and prize at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoters discretion.
9. Maison de la France reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on franceguide.com.
10. Travel insurance and supplements are not included but is a requirement of booking the holiday and must be obtained by the winner prior to travel.
11. Maison de la France and Nielsen make no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes.
12. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. Maison de la France and Nielsen takes no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prize received in this promotion.
13. Local laws may restrict participation.
