Can a Kenwood Chef make egg noodles?

Subject says it all really...I'm aware there's a pasta attachment for the Kenwood, but with not being an egg noodle/pasta expert, I'm not sure if there's much difference between the two? Our family all love egg noodles (chinese style) & the ability to make fresh noodles would seal the deal!

    the pasta attachment should be perfectly fine for making egg noodles; they are more or less the same thing.
