thanks for the info, but just wondering if anyone know anywhere nearby can park for free or cheaper? Just looking at the website, if you book to park it's 17pound plus 1.50 booking fee.

I doubt you'll find it for free (unless you know someone who lives in the area). London parking is rarely free, especially around the Earls Court area.
However, you may want to try out NCP. Depending upon how long you want to park, it might be cheaper. It's also quite near the Congestion Charge border as these tickets will be for a weekday (unless you visit after 6PM), and so depending upon where you park, you may have to pay the charge or not.
It may actually be cheaper to go by public transport.0 -
