I'm so sorry, but we are not allowed to post more than one comp per thread, to avoid people entereing more than once.

    Thanks for posting.icon7.gif

I'll PM divadee to sort this out for you.:D

Just wondering if anyone has any idea of how to opt out of emails with this site?

It said I could opt out after registering by going to the 'study'.....I went there and there's a picture of a study area, but I can't for the life of me find the 'opt out' bit!:o
  • I have posted the comps for this site on a few occasions and as they all end the same day and once you are in there you might as well enter them all it just seemed easier to list them all together. I also always check that no-one has already posted them separately first (and if they do I mention it in the post).
Didn't realise it contravenes board guidelines, thought it was just easier, and quicker, this way.

You need to click on 'My Profile' at the top of the study page, & then click edit to opt out.

Also, for what it's worth, I don't think there's any need to list all these on separate posts. That rule is really for sites like Brit Films where new quizzes with different end dates are added at different times. This site is more like the Ace Games ones that HJB posts every month (all on one post!) which all end at the same time.

Many thanks to the OP for all the hard work :T

Its a new rule on me, I post all the acegamez ones each month in the same email, it would take ages to do them all seperate and thought would keep the board tidier all in one? Have I to do them seperate in future?

I think it's better to have them on one thread when they're from one site and end on the same day. It would keep the board tidier. Not to mention being easier for the poster. If they were posted separately then they would get split up when some got bumped or someone else posted in between them. This would mean we would have to log in and out everytime we came accross one and would take much longer to enter. Hope that makes sense.

Big thanks toTiggertail for all your hard work getting the answers
