- The first completed entry drawn at random will win an appointment for one person for hair colouring with Christophe Robin in his salon in Paris. The appointment will be on either Friday 13th April or Friday 20th April, subject to confirmation with the prize winner.
- Appointment must be taken on either of these days at a time to be specified by Christophe Robin.
- The prize also includes return travel for two to Paris on Eurostar (standard class), leaving on either Thursday 12th April or Thursday 20th April returning two days later; two nights accommodation at a 4 star hotel in Paris on a bed and continental breakfast basis and £300 spending money; plus an allowance of up to £300 towards the cost of travel to and from London Waterloo, which will be paid to the winner along with their spending money, following confirmation of the cost of travel. Travel insurance is also included.
- Winners are responsible for their own in-hotel expenses and will be responsible for their own passport and visa arrangements (if required).
- The next three completed entries drawn at random will receive one year's supply of their selected products and shade of L'Oréal Paris (9 packs of either L'Oréal Paris Preference, Excellence, Couleur Experte or Féria or 13 packs of L'Oréal Paris Casting Crème Gloss). Winners will be asked to nominate one product and shade at the time of notification of winning the prize.
