- Open to anyone aged 18 and over including Bank of Scotland Corporate customers except employees and the immediate families of Bank of Scotland Corporate, Cedar Communications or anyone professionally connected with this draw.
- Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
- The prize winner will win a Tom Tom One GPS navigation system, the first 100 entrants will also receive a full set of Bank of Scotland Corporate's exclusive Unvarnished Truths, business guides containing the hard won business wisdom of some of Britain's top entrepreneurs. Delivery of Guides can take up to 28 days.
- No cash alternative to prize will be offered.
- Closing date for the receipt of all entries is 16th November 2007.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
- The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision, from all subscribers as at the draw closing date of 20th November 2007, and notified by email or telephone within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
