i need some advice.

ever since i changed my package to the hsbc one, i am not recieving any latest films from my list.

when i was on the 14.99 package, i was well happy with the service and now, very disapointed. i have about 12 films on my list, mainly new ones like the island, dukes of hazzard etc, but i am not getting them.

does the hsbc package mean you get low priority or something, i'm thinking of cancelling?

    Not sure about your package but you should have more titles on your list so something will be posted. I just received the island, wedding crashers and lost disk1 today from blockbuster. Dont forget 'the island' only came out last week so it will be highly sought after,u may have to wait another week or so.

    i cant think of anything else to add to the list.

    before i use to get all the latest films straight away ie the day it came out like on a monday. :-(

    Well I'm on a two month free trial and my first 3 discs were Discs 1-3 of Lost and I seems to get all the new releases at the top of my list

    How did you manage to get a two month free trial, the only one I can see on the site is two weeks.
