Good morning all...
I've been putting off going shopping to buy a couple of presents....but need to go today as the occaisions are fast approaching.
Normally I love present shopping but these 2 presents are always difficult to decide what to buy, usually end up being very expensive for what they are and both recipients rarely say thank you....but still I buy them, just to keep the peace.
on the plus side DS1 has said he will come with me shopping so I guess that means we may even have a nice lunch out....
hope everyone has a lovely days and the sun shines a little even if its not there now.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

What level are we talking about. I used some lollipops that had come with the green bonus day reward to finish one level recently. It is just a bit of banter and fun. The aim is to get at least one poster from each letter of the alphabet to post. The challenge is to try claim your letter before a poster with the same letter does. Currently the rounds have been going in the usual alphabetical order of A - Z. Sometimes they go Z - A, and sometimes they are for numbers.
I have also found out that users who have a number in their user name can use the first letter after the number as their "letter", e.g. 3Dogs would be "D".
The "prize" is that you have the thrill of grabbing the letter your user name starts with before someone with the same letter grabs it, some dancing letters and your name on the gallery of fame in the first post - several times if you manage to grab your letter a few times over as there is no limit to the number of times you can claim your letter.
It is a chat thread, so all you need to do is say "hello" and add anything else you feel comfortable adding. Similar to the chat here, but without the glitches, and a lot more pictures.
And you're in luck - we are currently looking for a U:

Housework is all done, washing is on the line, I'm waiting for the Sada delivery man to come then we can go visit the in laws.
Looks like it's gonna be a beautiful day again here so we may well spend an hour or so down the park this afternoon.
How's everybody doing?? XxLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0
