Evening all. I've caught up on the last couple of days.
Locarr I'm very sorry to read about your friend. What a blow.
Dipdap and strewth please have big virtual cuddles from me.
I was able to cancel my mum's 1p contract very easily. Wasn't on hold for long at all, just called 150 and went through to cancellations. Very nice Scottish man sorted it all within minutes. Must have been one of the lucky ones.
Flip....you're lucky! Gonna pop the tmobile sim in in morn and give that a try. Thanks for all your help.0 -

Those flumps and Giant Stripes being bought at both sides (T and A):rotfl::rotfl:.
Success!:) Thank you folks for the information that the Impulse "set" was with the ladies' deodorants. I went back, looked through there and found both versions, of which I chose one!!:):T Strange how my store stocked them all along:rotfl:.
If I were just going to a store and buying things in there, I would never in a million years have known that these were on the same offer as the Elixirs. Okay, they did say 3 for £10 on the SEL but they were two aisles away from the JFs aisle where I was before! How would anyone ever link disparate items like that together?
Yet again, it shows you can only do your shopping by looking at and preparing it in advance from information online. Prepare the exact list of items you want, including perhaps some alternatives in case the store is OOS, and then go to the store and just get the items you have on there. Get nothing else at all and stick to your list! If you just search for and get the items you have on your list, you are also then ignoring the positioning of items in the store, often (or perhaps even solely!) intended to get us to buy more of the items that are profitable for the store! I like how we can (hopefully!) just ignore and be uninfluenced by the cues to purchase various things given by various promotions, layouts and advertising in the store. I hope people can manage to be uninfluenced by those things anyway:rotfl:, so NO 3 for £1 biscuits!!:D:rotfl::rotfl: Or Tuc Crackers at 50p that OHs might want us to get.0 -

I got one of those cards yesterday too.
Did u send off for the Astar pets trolley coin. I got an email from them this morning saying some people had been asked to pay extra postage and to let them know if it happens to me.
I haven't done anything about it yet so don't know if it was the trolley coin.Enterprise_1701C wrote: »You can ask to see it before stumping up the money and then reject it.

2 oil elixir +1 HS total care is against M
Not seen any reports today but should still work.
I always scan trigger b/c with the msl app as I'm about to buy them to make sure they are still not listed.
impulse plus oil elixir combo was working yesterday and should still be ok too but I would keep an eye on msm as [1] the impulse is now showing on A.com
[2] Also the lynx gold temp from this morning is AvT
[1] I saw them on a.com earlier (wasn't fully aware that they weren't on there before as only just decided, finally, to go for this glitch). I saw no Impulses in the 3 for £10 on msm though - I ordered that alphabetically and it skipped from H (Head & Shoulders) to J (John Frieda) - no Impulses or anything beginning with I in there:T:T:D Strange how my store stocked them all along:rotfl:. - phew!!:rotfl:
[2] I know. I thought I would never manage to get anything else done and would have to be shopping all weekend in order to get all the different glitches. However, I managed to do two shops in about 20 minutes, as each against different competitors of course. Surprised at how quickly I managed to go round and get the items for the second shop. So, both done, good results I hope and then I can do my £10 Morries shop tomorrow. So, not shopping all weekend!:D:T
EDIT: I mean Avs Morries shop, for that's where I do my Morries shopping:rotfl:.0 -
Hi.....
Last year I got 2 of the £0.01 t mobile contracts. I have found them truly awful and have decided to cancel. Unfortunately, they do not allow online cancellation and insist that you ring them. I have done so on the number listed 07953 966250 and have now been on hold for 2 hrs 11 min and 45 sec!!!
Does anyone know of any way I can through to them without such a long wait.....please and thank you.
Hi,
The number I used if you want to use your landline is 0845 4125000.
Took me 50 mins in the evening.
Guy said its because people don't want to work in the evening so wait times are longer.

Anyone with an Amex Gold? Possibly others too - check your account for £10 back on £50 spend at Esso.
Likely account specific but worth checking as all sorts of other offers too.
