I sometimes find threads where there is a daily tweet option and I add them to this thread, but I am not sure if I should bump the original thread where the competition is listed to say that I have added it here. usually if its within 4-6hrs of the OP i'd bump to advise, if found any later like for example with the one below [20.08 yesterday] i'd just check here first to see if its not already listed and then post here a link to it, which i think is the best way, so anybody that sees an older post and knows it belongs in here would find out its been picked up and not need to bump the OP

but of course having said all that you could still bump the OP i guess because it'd be classed as a useful information bump as it lets others know they dont need to check its been picked up and also makes more users aware of this thread and its purpose
