The prize provider is Prizeshark Ltd of 4 Downlands, Harrietsham, Kent, ME17 1LE and the prize comprises: a) Return economy flights for 2 adults from a UK airport of our choice to Las Vegas international airport b) 5 nights' accommodation for two (based on two people sharing a double room setup) on a room only basis at the 5* Venetian hotel. c) £1,000 spending money d) A day trip for 2 people to the Grand Canyon, including collection from the hotel, scenic flight over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter, lunch, and return transfer at the end of the day

The prize excludes travel insurance, ground transfers to and from UK and US airports, additional meals and drinks, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.

The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from PrizeShark and at least four weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

The prize must be taken before 2nd November 2015 but cannot be taken between the following dates: 15th December 2014 – 10th January 2015 and 30th March – 10th April 2014h. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

Neither Channel 5 nor PrizeShark will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, PrizeShark will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.

The prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

Where the prize winner is under 21 years old, the prize winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adheres to the local laws in the destination State, including but not limited to, the legal age limit for driving which is 16 and the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
