Where it says Country/Region there are only 2 options Australia/New Zealand, usually these are open to UK, but not an option on this one though

It asks for region but only gives choices as Australia or new Zealand , so I've put I live in UK in comments box

The region for the UK is as below

Region B/2: Africa, Middle East, Southwest Asia, Europe (except Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan), Australia, New Zealand, and their dependencies.
