hi there
what i do is
1] on the twitter share icon top right of the OP - press the wheel button on my mouse, or right click and choose open in a new tab
2] select all the text in that window and press ctrl+c
3] come here to add a comment and press ctrl+v
4] select all the text and make it bold
5] select the url and press ctrl+c and then press the delete key
6] highlight anything left except the date and then press the paperclip icon, click into the popup box and press ctrl+v and click ok
7] click submit reply and you're done

eta - i forgot to say if someone uses '&' in the title the above doesnt work and you have to do it more manually by first copying the title and pasting it here as a new comment, and then go back to the OP and right click on the 'show me' link at the bottom of the post to get the url bit and then back here again to do steps 6+7
