What happened to the "Zoo Today" Click to Win?

It directs you to InTouch Magazine but the url is http://winit.zootoday.com/

The strange thing is though, all the prize values are in $$$$$

Did I miss something?

Edit: So the landing page is http://winit.zootoday.com but when you click on each competition it changes to http://winit.intouchweekly.com/

I'm so confused right now, and it doesn't take much Lol

Chose one and looked at the official rules on the bottom, and it specified that it was only open to 'current legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia.'

That's weird!!! I had a look at it this morning and it was fine (didn't enter anything as there was nothing I wanted but I always check them all daily)
The url in my browser bar still had the winit.zoo link, but the page it went to was called In Touch!
